Portrait Commission Rates
$40 USD
All portraits are $40 US Dollars.
Subjects I accept:- All D&D races
- Homebrew
- Animal/Animal features
- Real people
- *items and accessories
- Machinery
- Star Wars/Aliens
- if in doubt, ask*Portraits stop at the neck or shoulders, no items will be included past that.
Include as many references and descriptions as possible to cut down work time.

All commissions larger than a portrait have a flat rate of $50 USD and are $15 per hour of additional work. ($50 flat fee accounts for work done on the sketch.)
This generally ranges from $80-200 USD.I WILL PROVIDE AN ESTIMATE BEFORE REQUIRING PAYMENT.
BACKGROUNDS:Solid Color/Texture: FREE
Simple: starts at $5
Complex: starts at $20
Full Render: starts at $75
OTHER STYLES:All styles shown in my portfolio are available.
I do not have a set manga/anime style. However, I can adjust my styles to take inspiration, but do not expect exact replicas or copies of artists’ styles.Include as many references and descriptions as possible to cut down work time.
Terms of Service
> A full description, references, and photo inspiration are required for your commission request.> My art is for personal use only> For commercial use I will provide a contract for renting my work for a negotiable time, for a different price> You are not allowed to post my work without my watermark, including cropped versions, if you’d like a cropped version I will provide one with the watermark> I have the right to decline any commission request, as well as provide a full refund upon termination of services
Process:
1. For Portraits start by purchasing my listing in my Etsy store

Reach out to me through any of the options at the bottom of the page (Etsy, Email, Reddit, TikTok)
I will let you know if I can meet your request and whether there will be any delays or obstacles.2. Once you send all relevant information expect a turnaround of about 2 days to 2 weeks for a sketch (highly dependent on complexity and other commissions in progress).3. Once I send the sketch it is available for unlimited small changes. Complete redos are limited to one.4. After approval, color will be added.5. High resolution versions of the finished work will be downloadable upon completion of the order.Payment:
> Initial payment is required no later than the sketch is received. (For portraits that’s $35, for larger works that’s a flat rate of $50)> For larger works, the rest of the payment is due when the final version of the piece has been completed.> Payment through Etsy, Venmo, or PayPal> No refunds once I’ve started the commission.Additional Information:
> Please credit “TheHermitVendor” when posting my work online.> You are allowed to print the artwork.> Do not mass-produce or sell the artwork in any form unless a contract has been signed.
